THRILLER!

Kendra invited me to come to Thriller with her and her sister-in-laws and mother-in-law awhile ago. I have been really looking forward to going out with the girls and having a fun night. Just before we were supposed to go Kendra called and said her mom didn't feel good so we had an extra ticket. We tried different people and couldn't find anyone. Kendra suggested asking my mom- even though it was short notice she was able to come and share a fun night with us! We got to the show and while waiting for the show to start there were these girls that were dressed up all bloody and scary were walking around all creepy like! It was so well...CREEPY! Going to this show I had no idea what to expect so I was really excited for it to start. They opened with this amazing dance number to thriller. All I kept saying to Kendra over and over again in just that first dance is oh i love this, oh i love this! haha The show went on and it was so so very good!! With different dance numbers, singing, skits and alot of killing it was very intertaining. I really injoyed the show. It really made me miss doing something I was passionate for like singing or putting your whole body and soul into a dance! It was such a good show!!! I totally want to go again! Thank you Kendra for inviting me!!! :)

Me and my mama! Thank you for coming!!

This girl came up right behind us when we were sitting in our seats breathing in our ears and being super creepy!
After the show me and Kendra got up the courage to get a picture with one of them. After the picture the girl turned and snorted at Ken it was so funny!
After the show we decided to meed up with Jake and go to the cheese cake factory. It was my first time going there. It was so good!! I gave all my whip cream to jake...he pilled on all he could!

I love to see the temple

This is one of my favorite pictures of the Salt Lake temple! The temple has really been on my mind and in my thoughts lately. I went and got to do baptisms for the dead the other day. I had the privilage to be baptised for my great grandma. That was the first time I had ever done baptisms for someone that was a part of my family. I felt such an amazing feeling being able to do that for my grandma! Also anoter reason is because Jake had been preparing to enter into the temple. On thursday October 21 Jake went through the temple. Of course I wasn't able to go in but I was happily waiting in the waiting room for when he came out. Before he left for the temple we were talking and the primary song "I love to see the temple" came strongly to my mind. The word say-"I love to see the temple i'll go inside someday, to feel the holy spirit to listen and to pray. For the temple is a house of God, a place of love and beauty. I'll prepare myself while I am young, this is my sacred duty." I felt so proud of Jake for being worthy and preparing himself to do this sacred duty. He came out of the temple just glowing! Through his example I know I want to be better at preparing myself so I too can go through the temple and do my sacred duty. Thank you Jacob for your amazing example!
