Count Down Jar

When Jake left my mom made me this really cute count down jar. It had 731 M&M's in it. I took one out for every day Jake has been gone...

....and now it barely has a single layer left!! I can't believe it!!

Thursday October 25th marked the first snow fall of the year. It sure came a lot quicker than I was ready for. Driving to work was quite scary and honestly i think I kinda forgot how to drive in the snow for a second. But no worries I made it safe. I caught my first snow flake on my tongue and it was huge!

Ready or not...Welcome snow!

Real Game

Isaac had the great idea to get all of us together and go to the real game. These are all of our excited game faces...

The weather took a turn and it was down pouring all night long. We got all dressed in our gear to brave the cold and rain. Thank goodness our seats were high enough so we were covered from the rain. Sometimes cheaper seats are the best way to go!

Even though it was a little cold it was so much fun!

Family Halloween Crafting

Some of us are more crafty than others, but by the end of the night I think we all had great master pieces and a lot of fun of course!

Friday night with the parentals

I didn't have anything planned for this Friday (first time in a long time) so when Isaac text me to go work out I was down. Then after instead of starting my homework (that I put off all day) I decided to take my parents to desert (naturally after working out this is what I should be wanting to eat..I know...don't tell my trainer)

It was totally worth it!

Of course they gave us the biggest pieces possible

and we ate every single bite!

It was fun spending the night with my parents and just hanging together! I love them!

80 Days!?!

I have the best mom ever!

This is what I came home to today...sitting on the table

I took a look at them and said...what does 80 days mean? She looked at me with a funny look and it all made sence that those were for me. She saw a yellow "ROSE" and had to get it for me. I think she is almost more excited than I am...MAYBE!

Pumpkin Carving

It has been a good couple of years since I have carved a pumpkin. I'm sure I won't let it go that long again-I forgot how fun carving pumpkins is!!

Conference Weekend

This lovely lady came home from school for a weekend and we went on a relaxing drive through the beautiful fall leaf filled mountains. I love the colors that fall brings and I don't ever take the time to enjoy them enough. It was nice to have the chance to do that today!

The family came over for the second session of conference for our family "secret" meeting. It was nice to be together with everyone and talk as family like we used to about family matters. I love my family, each and every one of them!

My nephew was playing with some dolls and apparently this is what I look like to him. As he was holding it walking around saying "Jenna, Jenna" and gave me the doll.

I love the feeling and joy that conference brings. The messages that are given to us are so powerful and strong. As I sit and listened to conference this weekend I had to hold back tears at moments because of the spirit that was present. I know that the gospel is true and that President Monson is the living prophet on this earth at this time and truly speaks the words from the lord, as well as his other councilors and leaders of the church. I am thankful for this gospel in my life and the knowledge I have of it and the joy and peace it brings me.
